These terms govern your use of ZymZone ("the service"), gym management software provided to help gym owners manage members, dues, payments and reports. By registering an account, you agree to these terms.
ZymZone lets you add and manage members, track membership expiry and dues, record payments, and view business reports for your gym. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including your members' details, and for having their consent to store that information on the platform.
Access to the dashboard requires an active subscription. New accounts start inactive. To activate a plan, you contact us (via the Contact Us form, WhatsApp, call or email) and arrange payment directly with us; we then activate your plan from our end. Currently, all payments are collected and recorded manually (cash, UPI or bank transfer) — we do not process card payments and do not store any card or bank details on the platform.
Planned: we intend to add an online payment gateway (Razorpay) in the future so that subscription payment and activation can happen automatically. This is not live yet — until then, activation remains manual as described above.
Available plans, their duration and pricing are shown on our pricing page and may change from time to time. Your subscription is valid for the duration you've paid for and must be renewed to keep using the dashboard. If your subscription expires, access to dashboard features is restricted until it is renewed; your data is not deleted when a subscription expires.
Fees paid for a subscription period are generally non-refundable once the period has started. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll review it case by case.
You retain ownership of the member data you enter into the platform. We store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to misuse or attempt to access other gym owners' data, or to interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
We may suspend or deactivate an account for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time; contact us if you'd like your account and data removed.
We aim to keep the service available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, ZymZone is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
